For the fifth year in a row, Cos d’Estournel was an active supporter of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, a not-to-be-missed charity event held in Naples, Florida. Every year six hundred guests from around the globe come together for a few days of festivities and a gala dinner benefiting the Naples Children & Education Foundation.
As one of the world’s most esteemed wine estates, Cos d’Estournel is delighted to participate in the Naples Winter Wine Festival, which counts among the most prestigious celebrations of wine. But more importantly, the estate is especially proud to share its wines to benefit a worthy cause and bring its philosophy of giving and sharing to life.
This year, Cos d’Estournel contributed a lot including a majestic twelve-liter Balthazar of Cos d’Estournel 2000, an exclusive stay at the Chartreuse, the private residence of Michel Reybier and his family situated at the heart of the vineyard of Cos d’Estournel, as well as an experience at La Réserve Paris. An invitation to embark upon a marvelous journey, the lot was acquired for ninety thousand dollars, a sizable contribution to the record-breaking twenty million dollars raised this year.
