During his time at the Chartreuse, Michel Reybier treasures precious moments with his family as he dedicates himself to the different phases of winemaking, from harvest to bottling, tasting and blending, and presenting the latest vintage during the en primeur week in spring. Day in and day out, he engages in active dialogue with the teams on-site, the estate’s clients and all those who contribute to creating and perpetuating the legend of Cos d’Estournel.

Throughout your stay, you will have the opportunity to walk in his shoes. You will be granted special access to the estate and its wines, should you wish to participate in the harvest, comprehend the different winegrowing techniques or taste wines straight from the barrel as they continue to age.
