Floride
Norwood’s Eatery & Bar Treehouse

Located in a former gas station that once also housed a mosquito control center, Norwood’s Eatery & Treehouse Bar now offers diners a stunning treetop experience. Head Chef Dennis revisits comforting seafood dishes and great American classics to compose a popular menu of items including BBQ Chicken Panini and Ribeye Gorgonzola.
Meticulously selected by Alex, the wine list includes a magnificent selection of vintages of Cos d’Estournel.

Maryland – Bistro Provence

Originally from Brittany, Executive Chef Yannick Cam worked at some of the most prestigious French establishments before creating Bistro Provence in 2010 in Bethesda.
Inspired by French culinary traditions that he makes his own, his refined cuisine offers an emotional journey, a true taste of France in Maryland.

Washington D.C. – Rania

Situated just over two hundred yards from the White House, Rania—from the Hindi word for queen—revisits Indian cuisine for the standards and palates of the twenty-first century. Its decisively fusion offerings blend Japanese ingredients and French techniques in an ode to cosmopolitanism.
The menu proves a wonderful challenge for sommelier April Busch, who has a flair for pairing a selection of wines that includes magnificent vintages of Cos d’Estournel with the restaurant’s tantalizing spices and flavors.

New York – Rothmann’s Steakhouse

Rothmann’s Steakhouse was established in 1907 in Norwich on Long Island’s North Shore. For more than a century, it has served dishes inspired by the purest American culinary traditions highlighting quality meat that it sublimates through exacting, precise preparations.
A great amateur of old vintages of Cos d’Estournel, the restaurant’s beverage director, Sean Gantner, is deeply passionate about wine.

Massachusetts – Atlantic

Just off the East Coast on Martha’s Vineyard, Atlantic Fish & Chophouse serves up classic, elegant fare in a nautical-themed setting that feels a world away.
Its cuisine brings together authentic ingredients of the highest quality, like wild salmon, daurade, Angus beef, and A5 Kobe beef steaks, that are all the more delightful when enjoyed with a glass of Pagodes 2010.
