 Ocean House

Perched high on the bluffs of exclusive Watch Hill, Ocean House incarnates the coastal charms of New England in a very refined setting. Two restaurants offer singular, perfectly complementary identities: The Bistro, a chic, laid-back American brasserie, is a lovely counterpoint to Coast, an ode to gastronomy. Sustainable fish and seafood, seasonal cuisine and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic are accompanied by a fine selection of wines, among them the remarkable Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2020.

Pastis Miami

When the soul of the Parisian brasserie comes to bask in the Florida sunshine, something magical happens. Located at the heart of the bustling Wynwood neighborhood, Pastis Miami reinterprets Parisian traditions with elegance. Zinc, red banquettes and gilded mirrors recall the spirit of the original Pastis founded in New York, and the vast garden, complete with a stunning pergola, offers the perfect place to enjoy the warm weather. The menu pays tribute to French fare with onion soup, escargots, steak frites, Provençal-style snapper and seafood. Echoing this celebration of the French culinary tradition, the wine selection features Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2017, a harmony of refinement and terroir.

Bleu Provence

Jacques and Lysielle Cariot have since 1999 been bringing the spirit of Provence to life in Miami with Bleu Provence, their family-run brasserie offering a refined, convivial approach to authentic French cuisine.

Seeking to devote more time to their farm, Le Sanctuaire, located near Naples, the pair has decided that the restaurant’s dishes will soon be prepared exclusively with their products. Their sons Clément and Kevin now helm the restaurant, the former overseeing the wine cellar and the latter, general management.

Every year, Jacques journeys to vineyards around the globe to add to his incredible collection of more than 30,000 bottles of wine, which has received Wine Spectator’s prestigious Grand Award. Among these treasures is Cos d’Estournel Blanc 2012, a perfect ambassador of French elegance.
