According to Vittoria Dell&#8217;Anna, Sales &amp; PR manager at The Wine Merchant, \u201cBangkok is a multicultural city, one that is constantly evolving and embraces trends with incredible speed and enthusiasm\u2014and wine is no exception.<em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This \u00e9lan has manifested itself in a shift in culture. \u201cWe have gone from a relaxed form of consumption to a more intentional approach focused on the experience.
