The wine is crafted from Grenache, Mourv\u00e8dre, and the estate\u2019s oldest Rolle grapes grown on the clay-limestone soils of the historic \u201cPigeonnier\u201d (dovecote), \u201cRestanques\u201d (stone-walled terraces), and \u201cCh\u00e2teau\u201d plots.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is a small-batch production crafted in an environmentally sound fashion that incarnates the terroir on which it is grown.<\/span><\/p>\n
