In the latter case, our teams demonstrated their inimitable adaptability by lifting the entirety of the estate\u2019s one hundred hectares of vines in under a week to proceed with leaf thinning as quickly as possible. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1651091480336{border-top-width: 0px !important;}&#8221;]<span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Undertaken very early on, leaf thinning allowed us to ward off any risk of disease throughout the summer while providing ideal conditions for ripening.
