Ch\u00e2teau La Mascaronne Ros\u00e9 derives its quality not only from the grape varieties that comprise its blend but also from the soils on which the estate\u2019s grapevines are planted. The Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Vermentino and Mourv\u00e8dre grapes, typical Provence varieties, are harvested at the height of ripeness. In the cellar, complexity is key when composing the blend, so that each variety can bring its touch the final result.<\/p>\n

Part of the estate\u2019s legacy, the grapevines that produce the grapes used to craft Ch\u00e2teau La Mascaronne Rouge<\/strong> are planted on the vineyard\u2019s ideally oriented higher elevations.
\nSyrah grapes make up the lion\u2019s share of the blend, alongside a smaller amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Intense and complex, with excellent structure, Ch\u00e2teau La Mascaronne Rouge is most enjoyable five to ten years after harvest. [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]As for the grapevines used to produce our white wines, the soils on which they grow are meticulously selected. The Vermentino that makes up the majority of the blend is picked at the very end of harvest to guarantee optimal concentration and maturity, and the resulting wines are a wonderful expression of the grape\u2019s natural aromas. A smaller portion of Semillon grapes brings a certain complexity to the final blend.
